Kinnoull Hill
Walk up the 15-minute pristine path to the top of Kinnoull Hill and experience one of the grandest most breathtaking views of the gateway to the Scottish Highlands of Perthshire. It can be a truly cathartic experience of a lifetime. Deer, otters, hares, wood pigeons, seagulls, as well as every imaginable flora and fauna including purple heather, nettles, wild raspberries, wild blackberries, lavender and a further endless array of herbs and botanicals are wildly growing in accordance with Mother Nature. Feel the energy of this vortex with millennia of prehistoric history.
Walk to the Centre
A 10-minute walk down Kinnoull Hill from the house and you arrive in the centre of the idyllic city of Perth, Scotland. You never need a car in this town if you enjoy the fitness of relying on legs alone as everything is nearby and convenient. Perth is a historic vibrant town, recently classified as a UK city, like no other in the world. The centre of town is pedestrianized, walking only, so no need to worry about autos.
World's Only Island Golf Course
From the Braveheart House, you can walk everywhere. Walk 15 minutes from the house to the King James Golf Club, the only golf course in the world that is on an exclusive island accessible by foot only.
Golfing Mecca
Braveheart House is surrounded by some of the best golf courses anywhere. There is the famous Gleneagles which will host the international event of the Ryder Cup, all less than a 30-minute drive from Braveheart House. Just as exciting are the golf courses within walking distance to the house, such as the unique King James Golf Course which is the only island golf course of its type in the world -- a 10 minute walk from Braveheart House! The South Inch Park Golf Course is also about a 10-minute walk away, open virtually all the time all year round and at reasonable prices for all the family to play.
The River Tay
In an 8-minutes walk, be at the bank of the River Tay, bounding with jumping salmon, fresh unpolluted water with picturesque strong white waves or total reflective stillness, depending on the tides and the moon. The River Tay is the longest river in Scotland (119 miles) and the richest in wild salmon.
Bicycles & Walking Paths
Minutes away from the house is a paved 22-mile bicycle or walking path along the River Tay at the local North Inch Park, no cars, no noise, no pollution; just nature, river, prairies and you. There is also an extensive bicycling and walking trail along Kinnoull Hill, just a few minutes' walk from the house.

The Study
The Reception Room leads to a Study or office, fully equipped with desk, file cabinet, wire computer outlets as well as WiFi Broadband throughout the entire property, thus affording both wired and wireless options. The Study has a sofabed which may be used for additional persons sleeping if necessary.

Every bathroom is meticulously created for comfort, design and luxury. Underfloor heating, heated towel rails and heated mirrors maximize comfort. Italian stone floors and walls with earth color set the tone. The 4 to 5 bedrooms
The 4 double bedrooms are a testament to the meaning of restfulness and contemporary principles of feng shui energy. All bedrooms are equipped with large bedframes, the latest memory foam and orthopedic technology for mattresses and 100% pure soft cotton bedding. Two bedrooms are with ensuite luxury bathrooms. The Study contains a leather sofa bed for additional sleeping as a potential 5th bedroom.
Outdoor Grounds
Braveheart House boasts of gardens and extensive outdoor grounds with hills, mature trees, wild fauna, flora, shrubs, lawns and spectacular panoramic views. There is a peaceful stream trickling through at the end of the property which ultimately leads into the River Tay.
